Talking service patterns and low code at Public Sector Insight Week

As part of Public Sector Insight Week, Tom Harrison did a talk on our DLUHC funded service patterns and low code housing management project. 

We want to define service patterns for housing management processes and explore how low code systems could be used to migrate away from traditional systems in a cheaper, lower risk way.
